Overview
The Dooars Trail (5N/6D) is a journey through the lush forests, rolling rivers and wildlife-rich landscapes of North Bengal. Beginning at New Mal Junction, the tour eases into the calm greenery of Lataguri, followed by a full day exploring the scenic valleys, hill streams and forest villages of Samsing, Suntalekhola, Rocky Island, Jhalong, Bindu and Paren. The route then moves into the famed grasslands of Jaldapara, offering opportunities for wildlife encounters and a visit to Khayerbari. From there, the journey turns towards the historic and tranquil wilderness of Buxa, with riverside experiences at Masanikhola, safaris, and the serene beauty of Jayanti and its surrounding watchtowers and lake. The tour concludes at New Alipurduar, completing six days of nature, adventure and memorable moments across the heart of Dooars.
